I went on a big memoir spree for a while, and if you like Burroughs, you'll probably like Dave Eggers and David Sedaris. Sedaris has a great one called Me Talk Pretty One Day, and Naked was pretty great too. Eggers was the first one to turn me on to this type of writing with A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius.
